2010 Rental Rates
All rental rates are quoted in Euros
only. Payment is USD will be accepted, but your price in USD will be calculated based on the
exchange rate when the payment is due. The amounts shown for rental rates in USD are calculated based upon the European Central Bank
(ECB) exchange rates as of the day you are reading this page.
NOTE: These USD rates are for your
convenience ONLY! The
actual exchange rate will be based upon the exchange rates given by US banks.
If it says, "N/A" next to the Euro rate that
is because the site is having trouble reaching the ECB. Please see Terms & Conditions below for
payment schedules and other fees.
As with any vacation rental, prices are in accordance with the season. Our
seasons are defined as follows:
Low Season - November through March
Mid/High Season - April through

Terms & Conditions
- All fees are payable in advance (i.e. 30% due within 10 days of reservation;
final 70% due 6 weeks prior to arrival.)
- The above quoted rates include utilities; cleaning fee is €50. No surprise
fees!
- Long-term leases are available at steeply reduced rates for those wishing to
stay from 2 months to 2 years....Please inquire for pricing specific to your
time-frame.
More Information
- Fully furnished apartments; ready for occupancy
- All apartments equipped with wireless internet access at no extra cost.
- All apartments equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms (except Cleopatra since it is
very well insulated and stays naturally cool in the warm months), as well as
central heating.
- Laundry & Cleaning Services are available upon request at reasonable costs -- to be paid
directly to the cleaners. We have referrals should you desire them.
- Use of the property's beautiful, private garden is included in your rental for meals, breaks or simple
