Our 4 unit property at no.1 Via Mura Vecchie is located within the ancient city
walls in the historic center.
The property boasts one of the most panoramic vistas in Spello.
On a clear day, you can see the church towers of Assisi, the distant Perugia,
Montefalco, Foligno and the rolling hills with olive groves and vineyards.
The property is located only a few steps from the famous Torri Di Properzio, a
well known Roman site. The property garden has a 1,800 years old Roman wall.
This lovely garden is an ideal setting for al fresco dining or just sipping an
espresso before you take off for your daily excursions.
The structure is over 500 years old. It is a medieval structure which we have
completely restored with all the modern amenities keeping the medieval character
intact.
It consists of one apartment and two large cantinas- caves where the family used
to make wine and press their olive oil. It was built with the local peach color
stone.
The house has now been divided into four residences and a large garden which is
available to all our guests.
All of the residences are elegantly furnished with “antique style and rustic”
furnishings. Some of the residences have fireplaces or woodstoves.
Our apartments provide also fast internet connection (you need your laptop to use it).
